JUSTICE FOR AARON KYLLO
Friends, Family, and Advocates for Aaron Kyllo
OUR MISSION
We are setting out to make a change for Aaron Kyllo and people like him. Aaron suffered a traumatic brain injury from birth. For 25 years Aaron has been forgotten and placed on the back burner with only his family there to support and advocate for him. We hope his story will inspire you to reach out to the government to let them know people like Aaron will not be forgotten.

AARON'S STORY
Speaking for those who are being silenced, standing for those who are being forgotten.
Here are the officials and advocacy groups who are involved and a snapshot of continued advocacy.
*Disability Rights Washington
*Developmental Disabilites Ombudsman
*Governor Inslee
*Senator Zieger
We are grateful for the actions of our government officials and advocacy groups who took action to ensure Aaron received the care he needs.
Aaron was at the bottom of a waiting list to enter the HMH ward at Western State hospital. Because of the advocacy for Aaron, he bypassed the wait list and will be transferred from St. Clares this Thursday January 17th, 2019.
Although this is great news, it does not nullify Aaron’s 8 weeks of being in full restraints, forced to be incontinent, and in bed 23 hours a day. This is inhumane and a travesty.
All Disabled Adults, especially those who are under the care and authority of Developmental Disabilities Administration ( DDA) should never be subjected to being dumped at hospitals which are not equipped to meet their needs simply because DDA did not secure placement.
Measures must be taken to address the rights for the disabled and justice for Aaron.

WE NEED YOU TO BE AARON’S VOICE
We look forward to your answers and advocacy.
